100 Mile Menu

Café 1505 is committed to utilizing as much local, seasonal ingredients as possible for our weekly 100 Mile Menu. In 2010, Chef Ken introduced Belmont Farms Lamb Sliders as the inaugural menu item. Throughout the end of the summer and into the winter, Chef created such memorable specials such as:

  • Chipotle Cheddar & Poblano Tamales – Highlighting Beechwood Cheese and Steinke’s Produce
  • Maple Leaf Farm Duck Tacos
  • Farm Fresh Frittata
  • Gazpacho - Highlighting homegrown heirloom tomatoes, onions, peppers, and basil
  • River Valley Mushroom Quesadilla
  • Panzanella Salad

As part of our commitment to the community and locally sourced ingredients, Chef Ken selects weekly special ingredients from several local farms, his personal herb garden, and our own Café 1505 garden.
