Fresh and flavorful! Organic quinoa, crunchy snap peas, sunflower seeds, green onion, and dried cherries all tossed with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette and a splash of sweet and tart aged balsamic vinegar. Served chilled with a slice of fresh baked french baguette.
