Chef Aubrey spins the flavor of a popular yuletide treat into something Cafe worthy! We take our fluffy buttermilk pancake and dot it with a house made mix of candied orange and lemon peel, citron, red and green cherries, candied pineapple, and toasted pecans. Topped with a homemade rum glaze and orange vanilla whipped cream-- this just might be better than Grandma's! 😊

Three fluffy eggs are cooked omelette style and are folded with roasted broccoli, roasted tomato, spinach and fresh mozzarella. Served with your choice of dressed greens or locally baked toast.

A holiday tradition at the Café! Tender shrimp and scallops are sautéed in olive oil and fresh garlic. The juices are added to crushed red pepper, parmesan, scallions, and fresh lemon juice & zest to create the signature dressing. Chef Aubrey tosses in rotini pasta, black olives, and oven roasted roma tomatoes to make this exceptional once a year treat. Served chilled with fresh baguette.
